  We waited in line for quite some time. When it was our turn the guy walked away. He walked right past us twice scratching his face and hair he took off his cap and began scratching his hair again. Same guy then used the same cap to wipe his face then put it back on. I also witnessed them dropping pastries on the floor and putting it back on the shelf! Totally disgusted with how we were treated. Customer service was terrible. I will also be contacting the health Dept for the flies and the scratching behind the counter. I'm sure people don't want unknown stuff in thier food!
