  We used Abacus for 2 years as our property management company. The agent from Abacus, Xiaohong (Sarah) Song, would simply pass on most difficulties with the tenants straight to me. She failed to represent me, her customer, while happily collect her fees. For example, she gave 2 tenants clean move-out inspection reports even though there were obvious problems. We use another property management now and could not be happier with real professionals.
