  I find Joyce to be wonderful. She explained the procedure fully, so I knew what to expect before I agreed to the treatments. She is a stickler when it comes to sterilization, which is #1 concern in my book! Joyce has never been late for my appointments. The treatments have progressed wonderfully, and the results are great! Joyce targets the hairs that are in the stage where they can be 'killed,' instead of just clearing everything...That makes for a more pleasant experience (although having an electrified needle stuck into your skin isn't a 'pleasant' experience, haha)...What I mean is, she doesn't cause any unnecessary discomfort. I highly recommend Joyce!
