  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... Staff completely incompetent and unwilling to help.. garage was shutdown at 6pm and was unable to retrieve my car until next morning. . This was a parking lot adjacent to scripps emergency center... what kind of parking lot closes at 6pm anyway???? Zero customer service skills, zero human decency. ... I will take my chances on the streets and NEVER park in an Ace parking lot ever again..
