  I called in food for uber eats and did not receive my drink. I called and asked about my order, but after putting my call on hold and talking to Francisco about her personal life, the girl remembers she has me on hold for an order. She then argues with me about the drink saying that since I didn’t specify she just gave me an horchata and that she gave to the uber driver, and that she has a sign saying they are not responsible. I was only expecting an apology, I would of understood it happens, but just a heads up to this girl, apologize and try to make it right. Like I told you, I lost a drink, but you definitely lost a pontential customer and not planning on recommending sorry.
