  Horrible service! Bag notification said 630pm delivery I didn't receive my bag until 10pm. The manager Marieland told me if I kept calling her and asking about my bag she'd have it returned to the airport as a no owner available! I provided all this information and the recording of our conversation to United Airlines. I hope they do away with this unprofessional company that from what is seems shows consistent failure in their duties. I apologize to anyone in advance that has to deal with this type of business and I use the word business lightly in this case. I wish I could post the recording in here for all to hear. Best of luck.

  American airlines gave my governing bag to the baggage claimers, saying it was out for delivery Saturday night, 2 days and 7 voicemails later the douchebaggage claimers finally return my call saying it is going to be out for delivery at noon. It's now 1830 no word on my bags and no calls being answered.
