  Ordered from this restaurant on 4/11/18 at 845pm, for room service at the resort. They told us it would be 45 minutes. The food didn't show up until almost 1030pm, and that was after us calling twice to figure out what was going on, and them telling us it was on way. We called the front desk and complained, and they took half of our bill off ( it was 260$ before discount).
  Once the food arrived, it got much more frustrating. We ordered food for 7 people and they brought 1 fork. We called them back and said we had 7 people and needed more forks, they brought one more. We had to call a 3rd tine for 5 more forks.
  At this point, we realized that a lot more food came than what we ordered so we checked the receipt and there were several items that got duplicated. We called the restaurant again and requested that the items get taken off our bill. They wanted to come back to our room to take the food back, which was very strange, but they eventually just decided to take it off the bill and leave it alone.
  Despite all this frustration, the food was actually good and we enjoyed it.
  
  The only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the compensation that was given and the food was actually decent. This place is, in my opinion, way overpriced.
  There are several conferences going on at this resort right now and I would expect that the restaurant would accommodate for that by having extra staff, but it doesn't appear so.
  
  Because the food was good, and the manager was reasonable, I would give this place a second chance and an opportunity for a higher review next time I am here.
