  I went here for one of Timmie's Bootcamp class and got my butt kicked. For context, I've been Crossfitting for about 4 years and I can say with quantifiable evidence that I'm in decent shape. The good thing about her class is that she provides a really tough workout but also includes modifications to each exercise so that people of all fitness levels can participate and maximize their own fitness potential. Timmie and John (another trainer at the gym) were absolute sticklers for form which I think is super important. The gym is small, but conveniently located in Point Loma. There is a lot of variety in the equipment which is also nice.
