  As a business traveler, I stopped in to drop off laundry based on recommendations from coworkers and Internet reviews. The website indicates fast turn-around time and local delivery. Well, the woman at the counter told me I needed a corporate account for delivery, she would not commit to a delivery day two days in advance, and she continually interrupted me as I ask questions to clarify available services based on what I read on the business Internet site. The visit ultimately turned horrible when she dumped my clothes back on the counter telling me she didn't need my business. I was flabbergasted by her poor customer service skills and blatant refusal to answer the most basic questions regarding services offered coupled with her rude behavior. I will never recommend this business to anyone.
