  I made a reservation online and when I went to pick it up, Dennis at the counter was irritated at me for not calling to make sure the truck was there because he did not have a truck for me. Why is there an online reservation at all if I still need to call to make one? After giving me a hard time, he told me I would have to wait for a truck to be ready. He was extremely rude and short with me. Two other men with reservations came in and he helped them right away and left me waiting 45 mins for another employee to clock in to help. He tried to sell me the expensive insurance without saying it was optional, which made me more upset that he would try to take advantage thinking I don't know because I look young.
  
  When I dropped off the truck he asked if I filled it up which I replied no, ran outside back to the truck where my mom was and she said she filled it up. I checked the truck and it was past the F. I ran back in to tell him my mom filled it up, he didn't believe me replying "Really?" and asking which place we filled up the gas and what location. If there was less gas than needed, you would charge me for it anyway so I'm not sure why he continued to be so rude to me about it.
  
  I give it 2 stars because I was able to get the truck. Everything else was a horrible experience.

  Rude clerks, kicked us out of line when we inquired about our fees(which I assume is reasonable as I want to know the price of what I am buying with my money). Returning the vehicle was difficult, they tried to persuade us to keep it longer.
