  I haven’t been there for a long time because I decided to try a different type of exercise at another establishment. I kept the membership to work on some accessory work but never really went. The first time I went back in a long time was two weeks ago, at 5am. The person working was not nice and gave me attitude when I told her I no longer had the key scanner. She also gave attitude to other members when they came up to ask questions. I then decided to cancel my membership. I went back at 5am and this time it was a two guys working, I told the guy I wanted to cancel my membership and he kind of sighed and got annoyed. My friend needed to update her credit card because she wants to continue her membership there and asked the other guy for help and was equally annoyed and rude. I get it, being at work at 5 am isn’t fun, but at least don’t look annoyed and be rude when people ask for help. I gave it two stars only because of the changes they did to the facility are great.
