  This dealership is totally unethical and they are not trust worthy. I live in Simi Valley, CA and I repeatedly asked the guy Moe before I drove out to San Diego if the BMW he was selling me was in great condition and he said yes over and over. First thing when I get there he tells me the driver side window does not roll down because the power window switch is broken and he will fix it while I wait. Then after I sign all the paperwork he tells me he doesn't have the proper part and he will send it in the mail express two day. I ended up receiving the part two weeks later after having to repeatedly call and ask for it. Also as soon as I got the car home and had it checked by my mechanic he told me all the tires were over ten years old. So they let me drive away in a car that had super old rotted out tires on it knowing I lived over two hours away and would be driving on the 5 at night. I had to pay over $500 immediatley for four new tires and I asked them to help compensate me since they knew the tires were that old because they have a mechanic on site and they refused. Now today I take the car to my mechanic because the engine started making a horrible sound and he tells me it needs over $1200 in repairs. They sold me a messed up car. DO NOT BUY from this place, they are totally unethical and they don't care about you once you sign the paperwork. They claim they are family owned and that they care about their customers but that is a total lie. They seemed as though they were really nice genuine people but you really cannot trust anyone in this world.

  We purchased a MBZ E350 bluetec from Ali about a month ago. The whole experience was great. But what was even better was the response we got from them when the car developed an oil leak. We brought the car back in a few days later and they fixed the problem no questions asked. Do your homework and compare prices you will find that they are fair and they have a good selection.
