  I brought my wedding dress in for cleaning. I was told that it would take about 4 weeks and my receipt had a date for pick-up. When i went in to pick it up it wasn't there and they told me that it didn't come back yet from their service cleaner. When I was in there the first time they didn't mention that they wouldn't clean the dress in-house, in fact they said it would take them longer to get the spots out and it sounded like they would do it at their location. They said it would take another week, and another and another. I never received a pro-active call from them, it felt more like I was constantly trying to reach them. Finally i just dropped in again and was lucky enough to have my dress ready, but again nobody had called me!! The dress appears clean, but it almost took 2 months and no one ever calls if you don't ask and call yourself. Disappointing customer service. If the date on my receipt can't be met, i expect a call ahead of time so that i dont' waste my valuable time driving there for nothing! If i had to do it again, i would choose a different service!
