  Inept staff! I've had to miss work and reschedule my appointment 3 times because the doctor that takes my insurance was out due to an emergency, another one went out on vacation & the third time I had my appointment blamed it on the call center! I've used this facility since 2003! I can't believe the lack of communication! I will never return! I wish I can take this complaint to corporate!
