  I had lost my key and called Green Locksmith to come and help. The lady didn’t sound very happy to have to take my call or answer my questions about pricing. Granted, I was upset because I had locked myself out of the house first day of 2018, but I’m her job I’m sure she gets a lot of frustrated customers. I asked if I find my key if I could cancel and she said yes but if driver is in route that there would be a $49 cancel fee. Not even a minute later I found my key and called them back. I asked to cancel and asked if I was going to be charged the fee and the lady said “well yeah, the driver is in route soooo yeah.” Could of had a better tone for it. In frustration I said “That’s ridiculous I called so fast.” And the lady said “yeah okay” and hung up on me. Save yourself the pain and find a place with better customer service and people who can do their job better.
