  I hate to give bad reviews for anyone but 4 years after my root canal and crown by Dr. Cinningham I now have to have it replaced because it is not close enough to the other tooth which caused periodontal disease. The periodontist said my oral hygiene is excellent and it is totally because of the crown not being tight enough. I'm just telling you my experience so you might want to reconsider your options.
