  I have been going to Britney to get my hair done for years. She is the only person I trust to touch my hair. Whether I tell her exactly what I want or let her do whatever she wants, I always walk out with amazing hair! She always gets back to her clients in a timely manner and is very professional. She is honest and neither I, nor anyone I have referred to her, have ever had anything but amazing things to say. She is a true and talented hair professional.

  By far the worst experience with any kind of service I have ever had. Britney is beyond unprofessional. Once she charged your card - you no longer exist for her. She is dishonest and does not stand behind the quality of her service. In the photo you can see my brand new hair extensions literally falling apart after a couple of weeks of wear (extensions are expected to last up to a year). Britney sold and installed them and refused to come to any middle ground with me in resolving this issue. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
