  Paid for a "Hand Wax" and a wash. I watched them use meguiars quick detailer and try to pass it off as a hand wax. I spoke with a manager inside the shop and he told me that's their version of a hand wax...
  
  After 5 minutes of discussion about what a hand wax entitles he offered me another coat of wax with a different wax product.
  
  Their normal car wash is OK, don't pay for anything besides the basic $15 or the'll cheat you.
