  Even after all this time, Harney is still among the best sushi spots in San Diego. Thanks to increased competition, it's no longer a struggle to get a seat here, but reservations are definitely recommended. The Flaming Lip is a must-have if you favor spicy fare.

  Going to start by saying I have never written a google review for a restaurant, but because of the terrible service we received I’m making an exception. Really disappointed with Harney Sushi. Our waitress, Sarah, took at least 10 minutes to greet our table. Her lack of urgency and careless attitude was upsetting, especially because of how expensive the meal was. I’ve been a server for almost ten years and I have never had a worse server. She also hovered while we signed the check. Incredibly unprofessional. Food was good, but the service almost wasn’t worth it. Will not be returning.
