  I went to a back injury specialist who took an MRI and said with a bulged disk and pinched nerve I could forget about playing soccer again. I was referred to Lindy via a family member who said she specialized in treating professional athletes, and right away told me she could get me healthy enough to play again. This is the second time I've come to her now for physical therapy related to back pain, and both times she was good as her word and had me back to full strength in a few months. Unlike other PT places I've been to, they do a good amount of manual manipulation, traction, heat & stim, and have all the equipment to do exercises on your own as well, so get a lot out of every session. Highly recommend going to see Lindy, but book in advance, her schedule is pretty full!

  I am so happy that I decided to go to Innovative PT! All of the staff their are great and I feel confident in their ability to help me recover. Dr. Lindy is absolutely amazing!

  Everyone in this clinic is so knowledgeable as well as willing to look out for each others patients.
  It is so nice to walk in and be recognized by name instead of the usual office where you are treated as a number.
  Lindy First has been my therapist through 3 different incidents dating back to 2012.
  She is the 1st therapist that is aware of everything going on in your life and is willing to make a physical therapy schedule that works well with whatever your lifestyle is.
  I have been to many, many therapists from Canada to Mexico and this is the only one I will every go to in the future! (Probably bad news for them as I'm accident prone!)
  I've even had my husband start there after his knee replacement and he too notices the warm understanding atmosphere is like no other!
