  They do amazing work BUT they handed my groom my wedding dress in a CLEAR PLASTIC BAG, I brought and left a garment bag and also purchased one of theirs for them to put it in. I don't know why they would think it was ok to give the groom the bride's wedding dress in a clear plastic bag... Like it's normal dry cleaning. I never received an apology, I wasn't comp'ed anything. They just didn't care at all.
  I will never give them my business again.
