  The massages are reasonable, the membership contract is not. Buyer beware. Remember those CD of the month clubs? You join and get 10 cd's then they send you a CD every month afterward. At least with those, you can send the CD back and not get charged. The membership structure for Massage Envy is much the same only if you cannot make it to a massage at least every month (i mean every month exactly) you will be charged and given a credit. So, if you cancel an appointment, or if they cancel and you have to reschedule, or if you miss an appointment, it is essential that you make enough appointments to cover off your credit. You have to keep track of this because they will not tell you that you are falling behind. You cannot transfer more than one of these credits to any other person per year (and it costs =$10 to transfer!), you cannot get refunds on these credits, you can only cancel your membership with a 30 day notice, so you always will pay for one more month. If you cancel, you lose the credits. if you are a remotely busy person, you will fall behind further and further with the price of each massage rising steadily. Find another place, pay a bit more, get a good massage and not a SCAM.
