  Pizza is great but ordering it online not so much. Twice when I ordered at LEAST 1 hour before I wanted to pick it up, when I got there an hour later they said we just now got your order and it's being made now! When I said I ordered it an hour ago she just said well we just now got the order. I had to sit there and wait 15 mins. NO I apologize OR admission that the problem might be on their end. VERY POOR customer service, should have complained to manager## my fault!
