  DO NOT PURCHASE A CONTRACT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will say anything to not pay the claim when it exceeds a certain dollar amount that hurts their pockets.
  
  Proof has been provided for an engine replacement claim and they still stand by their privately hired inspector. The evidence has been provided by the Automakers dealership Service Manager, Service Adviser, and Certified Technician that is repairing the vehicle and they will still draw their on conclusion to benefit themselves.
  
  If this issue was still covered under the factory warranty or even the factory extended warranty it would of been repaired immediately! The difference is their NET worth vs THIS COMPANIES!. They are small compared to automakers extended warranty.
  
  I will never purchase another 3rd party extended warranty plan other then the manufacturers provided warranty.

  Had gap insurance through them. My car was totaled in July. It is now November 10th and they are finally processing my claim. They do not email you back, they don't even give you a correct number to call. I would give them zero stars if I could.
