  In my 10 years of selling real estate, I'd be hard pressed to find another company that performed as poorly as Josie's "staging" company. Not only are her communication skills and response time poor, but the staging that she placed in my seller's home was SO awful....I mean 1980s garage sale bad. When I walked in, I couldn't believe it. The home looked empty, and it was only a 2BR/2BA condo! The few items she used were poorly placed, and worst of all - the items were of the lowest, cheapest quality and not even appealing. My seller was so upset. To rectify the situation and meet our timeline, I went and spent $1,200 of my own money to decorate the home. The difference between how it looked when Josie "staged" it and when I was done is like night and day. Despite all of this and me letting Josie know how poorly we thought the staging was executed, she offered no discount and made no efforts to correct the home. I had to push her to add items and all she ended up adding were two horribly ugly chairs that didn't match the rest of the furniture. When I asked her about curtains and a rug, she said she didn't have those things. She honestly did not care one bit that we were unhappy.
  
  I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. Had I seen her other reviews ahead of time, I never would have used her company, so I'm hoping agents are able to read these and learn that hers is the worst kind of business - no performance up to industry standard, no customer service, no sense of doing what's right for the client. It's honestly bordering on fraud, in my opinion. No business like this should even be allowed to stay in business.
