  I waited 5 weeks to get a physical therapy referral from this office. Then I recieved the wrong referral. Two days before my appointment I was told it was not the correct place. This office is incompetent and disorganized. As a Canadian transplanted to the USA. I wish I could have taken my healthcare ss with me.
