  Steffany and Samia are the best! They made the application process for a mailbox a breeze, and are extremely professional to boot! It was a pleasure dealing with them!!! The store is in a great location, and the mailbox can be accessed 24 hrs, which is very helpful, especially on weekends.

  Employees always friendly, fast and efficient. Everything you need for mailing things. I patronize the store all the time and I love having small businesses like this in my neighborhood.

  Not good customer service. Their AT&T drop off system was down, I asked if there’s another store to go to, the lady with a headdress said “I can’t tell you we are all franchises.” I called another store (North Park) who said they are under renovation but offered to give me another store’s location. After finding out the location on Park Blvd. is able to accept our modem, I politely said to the counter staff that if anyone else is looking to drop off their modem Park Blvd. can take it. The man thanked me, while the same lady as before yelled from the back “WHATCHUU SAAY???”
  
  Super rude lady with no customer service skills. The guy was chill though.
