  The people who work here are the most incompenent people I have ever seen they live up to a shining example of government employees who know they can't be fired!
  I mailed important papers to City Hieghts post office with a return receipt requested; never got return receipt! Spent $20.00 to insure and sendit. Next time I'll use UPS or FEDEX!
  When you go there the line is out the door and the clerks are on break! I said to one why don't they put more clerks at the Windows; his reply....I just work here!
  This post office is a prime example as why the postal service needs to privatized!
  The only reason I gave them a 1 is because I can't give them a 0!

  I love this location. The staff are helpful & fast. If the regular attendants can't help they'll get a supervisor. Wouldn't trade if for any post office & I've visited a lot in Southern California to Temecula. The best.
