  I come here all the the and generally have a really positive experience. I have been using the fluff and fold service for a little over a year now. Recently I've notcied a big turn over in staff and a reduction in the quality of customer service. My biggest issue is that I often arrive and the attendant window is closed during hours it should be open with no notice or time of return. This is very frustrating when im attempting to drop off or pick up laundry. I understand the attendants are required to take breaks or time for lunch, but placing a notice on the window for a return time would be greatly appreciated.
