  The Abbey Carpet & Floor San Diego store installed hardwood floor for my entire second floor and two rooms on the first floor last year. They did an excellent job and more than we asked. We found this store on Google Maps. We went to the store, and the owner, Seth, warmly welcomed us. Seth is such a nice and knowledgeable person! He told us that our satisfaction is guaranteed. If we were not satisfied, he would redo the job at no cost. He said, and he did. We had a spiral staircase, which had carpet in the center and solid wood at the end of the two sides on each tread. We wanted to use wood to replace the center carpet. At first, they replaced the center carpet with some kind of wood (not solid wood), and they were almost done, but we didn’t like it, so they knocked it down and installed solid wood. We thought the work was acceptable, based on what we asked for. Seth then came to inspect it and said he was not satisfied with the results. He then sent his crew to take the old side tread and the center wood out and replaced it with one tread for each stair. My spiral staircase looks so beautiful now. After the crew finished the job, he ordered a deep cleaning to clean the wall and floors. Recently, we found some defects on several planks in one of my first floor rooms. He checked and said that he will redo the floor of the entire room for the best result at no charge. We were so touched by his offer. Here, your satisfaction is guaranteed and he keeps his promises. This is how he runs his business. I highly recommend Abbey for your flooring.
