  I was involved in a car accident 10 years ago as a passenger. Because of the initial shock, and the driver was injured far worse than I, I did not seek medical attention. Big mistake. As a result, when I started to seek medical services a few weeks later, the Doctor hired by the insurance company refused services. I was always a strong person, and I was young so I decided to let it go.
  
  Now close to my thirties I felt a pain in my left side that was unbearable. My trapezoids/neck/back/arm had developed scar tissue and it caused a 'clicking' sound when I would rotate my shoulders. Ignoring the issue, eventually it caught up with me. Because I am very physically active, I was noticing the limitations in things such as rock climbing/boxing and also in day-to-day things, like, playing with kids/household chores. That was when I decided to seek help. Pain and discomfort was something I had a tendency to overlook (or be in denial about), but when it limited my activities it was really hard to bear.
  
  I was very fortunate to find someone like Dr. Matin who really listened to the cause of my pain and was able to set up a reasonable treatment plan to allow me to feel 100% better. Even though he estimated it would take a couple months of therapy, he would check in with me frequently about what I thought about the progress. You will find he is very compassionate, sincere, and dedicated to helping his patients fully recover. I recommend him to everyone I know - especially those who are- like me- in denial about the pain they suffer quietly. No one can fully enjoy life when there's that constant, nagging, discomfort.

  My feet have always been a problem, but lately the pain had gotten progressively worse and constant.
  I contemplated invasive bunion surgery and even went to an initial consultation with a renowned
  doctor in La Jolla. Shortly thereafter, I spoke to Dr. Matin about my pain. In all honesty I approached
  his suggested conservative treatment of breaking down the scar tissue that had built up over the years,
  with more than a bit of skepticism. After the first few sessions I realized that the treatment was working.
  No more arch pain, no more bunion pain. Now I enjoy walking, running and exercising pain free. I found
  Dr. Matin's approach to my issues a refreshing change from other chiropractic doctors that I have seen
  in the past. He expressed a sincere concern for my well-being and a steadfast conviction that no one
  should have to live with pain. His aim is to cure. To that end he focuses on the source of the problem
  and its relief through his treatments and advice on exercises, posture, etc. I would readily consult with
  Dr. Matin for any other problems that may arise in the future.
