  I ordered seat covers on December 22. After not receiving my item in 2 weeks, I called on January 8. They said I would get the item on January 10. They sent an email on January 10 saying that the item would be shipped on January 31.
  
  In summary: I will receive an item a month and a half after I've ordered it. I received an email the day I expected the item that I need to wait an additional 3 weeks for it to ship,
  
  I would not recommend this company. If you are looking for new seat covers, use Costco instead.
