  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. BELOW ALL OTHER (BOA) LOCATIONS I BUSINESS WITH. NEVER ANY GREETINGS WHEN YOU ENTER. EMPLOYEES ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE BANKERS. ATMOSPHERE FEELS NEGATIVE INSIDE THE OFFICE. THEY TRULY COULD USE REVAMPING THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS.ABOVE ALL, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE BOA BUSINESS!

  After circling the block around opaque and convoluted one way streets and no U-Turns, I finally found the parking lot. It was confusingly marked — $5 parking or tow-away, but free for Bank customers, but “be sure to pay the toll booth!” Pay it what... $0?
  
  So I circled again, as it looked like this one had a drive thru— finally found the entrance to that; drove all the way up the extremely narrow lane, only to come to a dead end, and the drive thru has been plastered over, no kidding. So I do a 28 point turn to exit the drive thru, come back out and park in the parking lot, screw the meters— Park the car, circle the building again, find the ATM which has vomit on the keypad, and after all that... the ATM is broken and deposits are “temporarily unavailable”. I look over at the other ATM, occupied, and the customer over there looks back at me and shrugs— she’s having problems too. Only once we switched ATMs could we complete our bank business. And even then, the machine couldn’t process one of my checks. I thought about going in to the counter, but of course, the place is closed.
  
  Save yourself 20 minutes and just go somewhere else. SDCCU, anyone?
