  This was my first time going here, and when I first walked in there was nobody there at the desk, and then the lady came out and asked what I wanted and I said I wanted my eyebrows waxed. She told me to sit down and I did and then she almost started threading my brows, so I had to stop her and say that I asked for wax. Then she took me to another room where she waxed my eyebrows. I felt like she was rushing and she didn't even get all the wax off my fave afterwards. So customer service is horrible, but in terms of my actual eyebrows they turned out okay. Not as good as my usual place (that was booked). Never going back here.
