  The bank opened 15 minutes late. I got to the bank at 8:50am so I waited in the car until 9ish. I go inside of the building and the door to the bank was locked so I waited in front of the ATM. A woman walked in and one of the Chase banker let her in (I guess she is an employee or something) and told me that it is going to be few more minutes around 9am. 5 other people joined and there were 6 people waiting past 9am and finally opened around 9:15am.
  
  Another issue I experienced was my customer wrote me a check but put my website name in the check and put Attn: my business name. Bank clerk asked branch manger and the manager refused to deposit the check even though my business name is on the check and I have long history of being both personal and business customer. The branch manager told me that I need to go to county clerk's office to register dba and that would take me 5 minutes. Then I can just come back here and deposit the same check. I waited one hour at the county clerk's office and I found out that the information I was given by Chase branch manager was wrong. Several Clerks at county clerk's office told me that it is going to be new fictions business name registration and I would have to go through the entire process again that includes publishing FBN in newspaper for 30 days. That is not 5 minutes process and I will not be able to come back and deposit the check within the same day. I decided not to go through with this process because my customer cannot wait over a month for me to deposit the check. I wasted over 2 hours of time today because of Chase Mira Mesa branch opening late and incorrect information I received from Chase representative.
