  Not sure why they have an office. The "employees" working told me they don't do any services in the office and everything is done online. Why are these people being paid to sit around and do nothing? Its been a month since I have put my application in for my initial EMT card. Still haven't heard back or received any updates. And its impossible to call these people. I would have gone to a different county if I had known it would be this much of a hassle to get a piece of paper so i can start working...
