  Their website claims that they do bridal hair and make up... they never claim to do it well.
  I had a 9 am appointment with Jessica, and she was late... then when she arrived it became clear that the receptionist who made my appointment didn't mention that I wanted to have both my hair AND makeup done, despite me being as explicit as possible with the receptionist ( at the time of making my appointment she even repeated back to me the hair and makeup request).
  When jessica arrived, she had no idea that she was supposed to do make up. This caused several problems, not enough time was scheduled for both. Jessica is not a full time employee, but someone who is just called in part time on the weekends to do bridal stuff. As a result, she didn't know where anything was, and everytime she needed a new styling product she would leave and start rummaging through the closets. Additionally, my hair came out horribly bad, it was way too full of hair spray and was incredibly frizzy!!
  Then when she tried to do my make up (using the salon products, which apparently she doesn't do because she says she usually brings in her own makeup) it was extremely amateur, the eye liner was really thick. By this point the person who had an appointment with her next was waiting, so I just did my own eyeliner on the other eye, paid, and left.
  
  To be fair, they may do really great color jobs, and cuts... but do not come here if you're looking for a style and makeup.
