  The customer service at the convoy location is the worst I've seen in any hardware store. There are a couple of older ladies who make you feel like you are ruining their day if you ask for assistance which would require them to walk 20 feet to help you find something. They give incorrect information over the phone and will offer no apologies or empathy after you've driven across town to get something they said they had but turned out to be out of stock. Sorry to inconvenience you on such a fine Sunday.
