  I have been going to Lenscrafters where I received my prescription. I have never had an issue and never make a review unless it was an amazing experience. This is the first review I am writing where I am genuinely upset and disgusted with how Dr. Shapiro spoke to me. I am surprised he has a job with the way he talks to people. Just GROSS.
  
  I called because I was having issues with my left contacts which I was advised could have been a bad batch...he decided to interrupt me and say never would that happen.... of course, me sitting there first in shock that he would cut me off and second because telling me I'm wrong when I have gone through 8 contacts in 3 months because of how they are bothering me with the same prescription and when I pay SO MUCH MONEY FOR THEM. I am leaving for vacation sunday and have a full time job so they times they have to see me won't work which I advised he said well all I can do is have you come in because there is nothing wrong with the contacts. So now I get to go on vacation with blurry eyes and no help!
  
  Thanks Shapiro you're a great guy. I feel bad for Lenscrafters for having you be there.
