  Wow -- bought an item, returned it day later, and was accused of it being "USED" (it wasn't)! Then, refused to return funds on a gift card because I had a receipt. What? I'm giving a gift here, so wouldn't I want to give a gift card? To be used at their store? That the staff were rude -- Melissa and Laurie -- only made it more bizarre. Brian, you're pushing us out the door to Amazon.

  Geppetto's has a wonderful assortment of toys and educational/developmental gifts unique to them that you won't find at the major chain stores. This is a delight. It's so nice and fun to look through and choose hand-selected toys, knowing that the gift recipient will most definitely be surprised. I don't mind spending a little extra in order to get a high-quality toy instead of it being super inexpensive and cheaply made. Geppetto's has wonderful window displays to draw you inside. You will find so many lovely gifts, and receive kind and courteous service from the associates.
