  This is by far the best storage facility in San Diego. I have a design business and have been using storage units for 12 years in San Diego, and I am so glad I moved to Golden Triangle 2 years ago. The entire staff is personable and over the top accommodating. I have down sized my units and changed units, and every time, the staff bends over backwards to make the transition seamless. I can not believe how terribly run the majority of storage business are managed. I was used to staff turn over, unfair late fees and poor attitudes, but not at Golden Triangle!
  
  They have far exceeded my expectations and I would happily recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage.

  I rented a unit at the Golden Triangle Sorrento valley facility from June-November this year, and when I got movers to get my stuff out of the unit, they found that my boxes had been chewed up, and there were rodent droppings everywhere. It was pretty ghastly to say the least, not to mention the considerable damage to a number of my personal belongings. There was a window left open next to my unit, and holes in the air vent above, which is probably how the critter got access. I had the insurance cover on the unit offered by the facility, but apparently rodent damage is exempt. I filed an incident report with the manager, who claimed action will be taken by people higher up in the food chain, but its been radio silence for more than two weeks now. Needless to say, a very unpleasant experience overall.
