  My husband is deployed and I needed help with extending our taxes until he got home. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm. I will start by saying the receptionist was very nice and did her job. Once it was 4:20pm, I asked if she had an idea on when I would be able to be helped. When she went to check, I got to hear the guy I had an appointment with yell at her to give me to someone else. She then went around to each of the other associates and they all said no and the last guy even suggested that I should have made an appointment. I did. So I understand that no one wanted to waste their time on an extension. But if they bothered to care about my needs they would understand that I wanted to make an appointment to file taxes with them once my service member came home. So in your search to find help with taxes, please avoid this office. Appointments have no precedence and you could end up waiting 20+ minutes after your scheduled appointment to find that they just don't feel like helping you right now and would rather you just go away.
