  The process of obtaining Health Insurance for my employees was daunting at best. My initial information was an email with multiple attachments over hundreds of pages of - stuff. I am a Small Business, not a broker so I would think that hiring a broker they would help me narrow it down. After the help of a 3rd party I did just that and decided to move forward. 36 hours before the deadline an employee asked for a more detailed sheet of the Health Insurance plans (only 3 of them). It was a Saturday night but the response mirrored that of a drunk teenager via email stating to go find another broker. I suppose earning your commissions is out of the question and when required to lift a finger, it is easier just to tell your customers to go pound sand and leave my employees with no way to bind coverage in time keeping them within the law.
