  I came in a few minutes before closing on Christmas Eve a couple of days ago with a minor emergency and late to take my kids to see Santa. Even though they were closing, the manager Andy, still made sure to take care of me. He could of told me they were closed or closing, but he helped me instead. Ironically, I had just came from across the street where they let me know they were closing and wouldn't even look at my vehicle. Andy and his team of professionals are a credit to Jiffy Lube and it's nice to see that some companies still care about customer service. I will definitely be bringing my business back here!
