  Today I had a surgery at this location and every single person from pre-op to post-op was SO SO SWEET. seriously, this is my fourth surgery and I’ve had other hospital stays as well, and I have never ever had an experience like that before.
  
  There’s a help desk right in the lobby of the main building where they greet you and offer you assistance finding where to go. I got up to the surgery lounge and there are TONS of outlets there. Also, there are couches, booths and tables, and chairs. It’s the most comfortable waiting area I’ve ever seen, let alone in a hospital. They managed to bring me back early too, I don’t think I was even waiting 5 minuets.
  
  In pre-op the gentleman nurse was so kind while putting in my IV, he chatted with me and was so gentle, upbeat, and understanding about my needle fear. I have small veins, and he got it in one go where I’ve had nurses at other places have to dig around in my hand before. Then the anesthesiologist came and talked to me, and really made me feel listened to when I opened up about my previous issues with anesthesia. Even the surgeon was both professional and upbeat. He really helped ease my nerves and made me feel safe.
  
  I got taken back to surgery much earlier then they had originally planned because they were ready early, which was great. In the room the OR nurses were cheerful and bubbly. They were very clear with directions and kind about not rushing me. They chatted with me about my hopes and dreams as they set up, and as I went out the anesthesiologist told me imagine nice happy places.
  
  I came out of surgery in an unexpected (by me) amount of pain, but the nurses held my hand and spoke to me with gentile kindness. I’ve often had post-op nurses be forceful or dismissive towards me but they weren’t at all. They got my medicine adjusted so I wasn’t in pain, and a few different nurses came but simply to bring me crackers and talk to me and hold my hand. They even brought in my mother before they usually do because I needed her support. It helped so much. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience. I would definitely go out of my way to schedule future surgeries at this location.
