  We applied for this place(over 400 dllrs ) and we were all set to move however through countless time being wasted due to a subpar staff and an even less than proffesional manager our application fee was gone. Now there is several things we cant get back our wasted time our deposit and application fee we couldnt even get good customer service. We have two children and we needed a place to stay and we did everything on our end to secure this process. Too bad Legacy Apartments did not have the heart to help out a family in need.
