  Great service during the drop off, picking up however was not the best. It's only $5 per day which is super economical so I guess you get what you pay for. I called in advance because I read they give you a ride to cbx or the border and also pick you up and they confirmed they did. Unfortunately when I was ready to be picked up the service was not good, I called and they confirmed they would come get us, but that we had to walk out of cbx into the street, my dad uses a cane and cant walk much but we made it work. After waiting for more than 30 min ( location is about 5-10 min away) we called back and the gentleman was not pleasant at all. I wasnt rude or anything i just called to ask if someone would be on their way soon because I my dad was already sitting at the sidewalk (this was at 12:30 am) and the gentleman told me it wasn't a ride and that he was doing us a favor. Obviously this got me upset .. I mean it was a cheap price that we paid but that's not the service we should have received. I told him I was unaware that it was a favor and that I had taken my car there because they confirmed they offered that service and he said .. well if you want me to go I will take your car, I told him it was fine so over all we waited over an hour and he picked us up in my car. On our way back to the lot to pay they charged me one extra day, for example we dropped of friday at 9 pm and picked up sunday night (technically monday) at 1 am due to the wait at cbx and that was already another day we paid. Total was $15 which is still less than a one day parking fee at cbx. I still give them 3 stars because the service the first day was good and our first driver was nice. Will I take it back tho.. I don't think so.
