  Had some girl named Karrissa do my massage. She was nice. But she clearly did not know what she was doing. Kept looking at her phone and was acting flirty with one of her coworkers. They also would not stop hounding me to join the club. Other than that its a pretty fun place.

  Tries my first hot stone massage here and it wasn't the most comfortable but it was nice. Had my first facial here the same day, and I was extremely uncomfortable but the lady doing it made me way more relaxed. The customer service was excellent. My membership is with a different location, but this is my favorite location in the area.
