  McKinney Advisory Group is an exceptional example of a service oriented organization. I was referred to Damian McKinney from a mutual friend and have been working with Andy Meyers in their office for the past year. Andy has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate trade relating to leasing, acquisition, management, and the numerous scenarios that these topics can present.
  
  In the past year we have worked through the disposition of our previous manufacturing space in Miramar, acquired a new building and relocated our plant to Poway, and dealt with some other real estate details with our locations on Miramar Road and La Jolla. Andy has guided us through every step and helped us find wins in each situation.
