  We ordered 2 cabinets (i.e. 2 set of doors and 2 cabinet frames) on February 21, 2018 PAID IN FULL. After 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking number or the status of our Order we contacted Chris in customer service. We were told the cabinets were going out the following week. We received 1 set of doors and 1 cabinet frame the 3rd week of March. We never received a tracking number to track our package. Chris is a horrible customer service representative, he never returned our phone calls. He’s not a man of his word. We felt like we were being ripped off, because we didn’t hear from anyone. I finally spoke to Manny in shipping on April 5th and he checked our Order and assured me the cabinets were going out the next day. We finally received the 2nd part of our Order today, April 11, 2018. I hope this is helpful for future customers. Another thing is the shipping fee is extremely high almost the price of the cabinet.
